Our Policies
- Check in time is 3:00 pm, Checkout time is 11:00 am
- A two (2) night minimum stay is required on all reservations
- A four (4) night minimum stay is required for the 4th of July Holiday and a three (3) night minimum stay is required on Memorial and Labor Day weekends
- A cabin should be reserved with a valid credit card and telephone number, NO EXCEPTIONS
- RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY PERSONS 21 YEARS OF AGE AND OVER
- Guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- NO SHOWS POLICY: Persons who make reservations and do not show up will be charged for the full time booked. This policy applies year-round. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Crystal Bay Cabins reserves the right to charge (up to but not limited to) a $200.00 cleaning fee plus loss of remaining nights and no refund if:
- Smoking has occurred in the cabin
- Any evidence of pets in cabins
- Crystal Bay reserves the right to charge full replacement costs for linens, bedding and furnishings found to be missing and/or damaged in the cabins.
- Crystal Bay is for the use of guests renting cabins, only. We do not allow day visitors during the months of June, July and August.
Cancellation Policy
- Deposit:
- A deposit in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the total rental is due at time of reservation. The remainder will be charged upon arrival.
- Refunds:
- If you are unable to honor your reservation, deposits will be refunded, less processing fees, according to the following schedule:
Cabins Non-Holidays: 7 days prior to the start of your reservation. Cabins Holidays:14 days prior to the start of your reservation.
- Processing Fee:
- $25 processing fee per cabin for all canceled reservations
$15 processing fee for each reschedule
